A Complaint form https://cmp.punjab.gov.pk/lodge-complain requires some basic information, complaint type, category, and some details as shown in the image below.  

When submitting a complaint through the Punjab Dhee Rani Program’s portal, users are required to provide specific information for a streamlined process. First, applicants must enter their full name as it appears on their CNIC and carefully input their CNIC number. They should select their district based on their residency and provide an active mobile number for communication. The form also includes options for specifying the type of complaint, allowing users to indicate whether they are facing technical issues, problems with the website, or an application rejection without explanation.

  1. Full Name: Write your full name, according to CNIC.
  2. CNIC: Write CNIC Number Carefully.
  3. District: Select the district according to your domicile.
  4. Contact Number: Enter Active Mobile number 
  5. Complaint Type: Select the complaint type, or you can also advise or suggest anything related to this programme.
  6. Category: Select the category if you’re facing an issue with the website, a technical error, or if your application is rejected without assigning any reason.
  7. Sub Category: after selecting the main category, this option will provide you a dropdown list to choose further issues such as login issue, application status, etc.
  8. Complaint Details: In this box write your complaint with details.
  9. Attachments: You can also attach any proof with the complaint such as voice note, photo, video or any file.
  10. Submit: verify your filled information and hit the submit button.
