How to Apply For the PSER Program?
After you register, you can apply for the PSER program. Here’s what you need to do:
- Click on “New Application.”
- You’ll see a declaration asking you to provide truthful info.
- First, give the name of the head of the family and their CNIC number.
- Then, provide some basic info like gender and date of birth.
Health Status: If you have any disabilities or chronic conditions, select “yes” and choose from the options provided.

Education Status: You’ll need to share your educational background. Let them know if you can read a sentence in any language and what your highest completed degree is. If you didn’t attend school, just share why.
Employment Status: Share your income from the last month along with your main job details. Also, provide your bank info, like the bank name and account number. If you don’t have an account, just select “no.”
Contact Number: Provide two mobile numbers with their networks.

Current Address: Fill in your province, union council, city or village name, whether you’re in an urban or rural area, and your full address.
Permanent Address: Add your province, union council, city or village name, specify whether you live in an urban or rural area, and write down your permanent address.
Asset Information: This part is crucial as it helps determine if you’re eligible. Let them know if you own your home. If yes, explain the materials used for the walls and roof, and tell them about the condition of your dwelling. Mention how many people live with you and what fuel you use for cooking.
Also, include details about your toilet facilities and drinking water source. If you have electricity, state if it’s your connection or shared. Share any livestock you may own and whether you have agricultural land. If someone in your family has a transport item, note what it is.
Agricultural Information: If you own agricultural land, identify if you’re a sole cultivator, contract cultivator, or sharecropper, and share the size of your cultivated land.
Miscellaneous: Answer these questions: Do any family members get financial help from the government? Has your family lost a child in the past year? Do you have mobile or internet access? Have you faced any natural disasters in the last five years?
After you provide all this information, double-check everything to avoid mistakes. Then just hit save and check your status, which should say it’s complete.
If you’re not sure how to register, you can visit a nearby registration center to provide the needed information. Once you register, you’ll find out if you’re eligible. After the confirmation process, you could receive a monthly allowance of either 12,000, 15,000, or 25,000 based on your needs.
